ASEP FORUM on
SEISMIC PROTECTION OF HIGH-RISE
BUILDINGS USING HYDRAULIC DAMPERS

GUIDELINES ON ACCEPTANCE OF PARTICIPANTS:

1. This seminar is open to all active ASEP members and will be limited to 100 slots only.

2. 50 slots will be offered for FREE to active ASEP members on a first come, first serve
basis. To reserve for free slot, an ASEP member shall personally contact the ASEP
secretariat. The FREE slots shall be non-transferable.

3. Registration fee shall be 800.00 pesos per participant to cover the cost of meals and
other incidental expenses.

4. For the 50 FREE slots, only 2 ASEP members from the same company/office will be
accepted. Additional member/s coming from the same company/office will already have
to pay the registration fee.

5. A participant who has reserved a FREE slot shall only be allowed to cancel the
reservation until September 18, 2018. Failure to attend without prior cancellation, said
participant shall be charged the equivalent amount of the registration fee of 800.00
pesos.
