Strengths of the lesson:
+The lesson plan was submitted ahead of time. The lesson plan was detailed and well written. +Miss Nawar started with the carpet time. She reviewed the flower parts and the plant life cycle. +Then, she showed the children a video about the seeds’ life and how it grows. +Miss Nawar showed the children samples of seeds. +It is always good to give the children the instructions before they go back to their groups to make sure that they are aware of what to do. +Students were totally motivated and engaged planting the seeds. +Then the students were asked to go back to the carpet. + Whole class discussion about how do we plant seeds differently? +Another review was done about the plant parts. +Then, the students were asked to go back to their groups and complete a worksheet about the plant parts individually. + Miss Nawar has a good presence in the classroom. +Excellent lesson was presented by Miss Nawar. WELLDONE Areas for development: - Don’t ask the children to go to the groups as a whole class randomly. Ask them to go back to their tables, group by group to avoid any accidents. - Next time, when you are giving your students lots of instructions; make sure that one of them repeat the steps to remind the others of the steps and to make sure that they understand what to do.
