Candidate Portal The message a candidate receives when trying to complete the registration FGL-11837
process from an expired registration email has been updated. Previously, the
message directed the candidate to contact the buyer. Now the message di
rects the candidate to re-register.

Candidate Portal When a candidate searches for jobs in the candidate portal, there is a new FGL-7766
option to search by the Job Duration. This allows candidates to identify jobs
that match their availability. The Job Duration field has two date entry fields,
Start and End. The candidate has the option to enter a start date and/or end
date. If only a start date is entered, all job postings whose start date falls on
or after the start date entered display. If only an end date is entered, all job
postings whose end date falls before or on the end date entered display. If
both are entered, all job postings whose date range falls between the dates
entered display. The search results have two new columns, Job Start Date
and Job End Date. Note that the end date is blank for Direct Hire jobs.

Candidate Portal When a candidate applies for a job in the Candidate Portal, there is now a FGL-20684
'Complete Later' button. This allows the candidate to save an incomplete ap
plication which is useful if the candidate cannot finish it at this time. There
are no required fields to save the draft. If an 'Available Date' was entered, the
system validates that it is prior to the end date. The draft application displays
on the candidate's 'My Activity' page with the status 'Draft'. To return to the
application, the candidate clicks the title and then clicks 'Edit'. If the job is
halted, closed or the maximum number of applications has been met, the
candidate will not be able to edit a draft application and submit it.

Candidate Portal The navigation between the candidate portal and assignment-related tasks FGL-7765
such as time and expense sheets has been improved for workers who log in
through a buyer's candidate portal. When the worker selects Time & Expense
from the portal to work on assignment-related tasks and then wants to re
turn to the candidate portal, there is a new option on the top left, 'Back to
Candidate Portal'. Previously, the worker had to select log off to return to the
portal.

Notifications Email is sent to workers informing them that an invitation to register on SAP FGL-27756
Fieldglass is expiring. No messages are sent after the expiration of the invita
tion. To prohibit messages from being sent past the expiration of the invita
tion, new verification improvements are now integrated into the agent that
sends the emails.

Profile Worker Previously, a profile worker could try to register in SAP Fieldglass even if the FGL-17019
profile worker’s status had been changed to Closed or the link in the profile
worker’s invitation email message had expired. Now, when a profile worker
clicks the link in an invitation email and the profile worker has been closed or
the registration link has expired, the Fieldglass Login page will be displayed
and a message will inform the profile worker why they cannot register.

SOW Line Items Workers who are allowed to submit fees will now be able to create a fee di FGL-29636
rectly from the fee definition. An Actions menu displays on the fee definition
with the Create Fee option. The name on the fee response will auto-populate
from the fee where the action was originated.

Work Items For workers who receive work items to initiate a document eSignature proc FGL-24393
ess, the Initiate eSignature Process modal has been updated for ease of use.
Document selection is no longer required when only one template exists,
Signee information links have been converted to radio buttons, and some of
the signee information may be prepopulated.
