PETITION

Petitioners, to the Register of Deed, respectfully alleges:

1. Petitioners are of legal ages, Filipino citizens, and with residence and
postal addresses at 1201 Tower A, Reinassance 3000, Meralco
Avenue, Ortigas City, 3 Kingfisher Street, Greenmeadows Subd.,
Quezon City, 14th Street, New Manila, Quezon City and 1604 Wack
Wack Twin Tower, Mandaluyong City, respectively;

2. Petitioners are the registered owners of a certain registered real

property covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. 018-2014001662
of the Register of Deed of Baguio City. Copy of the TCT No. 018-
2014001662 is hereto attached as Annex “A”;

3. Annotated on the said title is the two (2)-year lien covered by “Sec. 4,
Rule 74, of the Rules of Court” which was annotated on April 13,
2009 with Entry No. 6290-41-165 and October 7, 2014 with Entry
No. 2014003001;

4. The two year (2)-year period provided for under Section 4, Rule 4 for
the filing of claims against the estate of the deceased already lapsed
without any claim or protest having been filed, thus the necessity of
cancelling the said annotation.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered this cancellation of the annotations

on the memo and encumbrances page of TCT –T-018-2014001662 without any
judicial pronouncement.
