1.a) Briefly define the following terms as used in the New Testament Studies
i. Christian worldview
ii. Hellenisation

b) Explain the role played by the FOUR Kingdoms during the Inter –Testamental Period in
ensuring that the World was ready to receive the long awaited Messiah. (4 Marks)

c) The term Homolegoumena is used in the New Testament studies to describe those books
that were accepted without any dispute as the inspired Word of God. Outline the tests used
to judge whether a book belonged to the inspired Word of God. (8 Marks)

4. a) Describe how the author of the book of Hebrews developed the theme of the letter

b) Explain any Seven principles you can derive from the Book of James that would be
beneficial in your life now and in the future as a professional (14 Marks)

5. a) Compare and contrast Genesis chapters 1 - 3 and Revelation chapters 20 -21 (12 Marks)

b) General Epistles were written to condemn or alert the believers concerning the presence
of false teachers. Outline any four negative effects of false teachings to the church and
society. (8 Marks)
