What they buy ;- They buy the switches and electronic items such as bulbs and

Where they buy;-They buy these products from the nearest retailer or from the
nearest electric goods shop.
Unaware;- If the customers are not aware of the products produced by Fine
switches.
Accepting;- The customers are only taking into consideration Fine switches.
Advocating;- In this the customers are now recommending the products of the
Fine switches.
Customer response towards Marketing plan or promotion;-
Most of the customers think that they will purchase the product of the
company with good promotion plan or marketing strategy.
Most of the customers like to watch the advertisements on the local TV
channels and local advertisements.
Most of the customers are seeking the various schemes with the products
as the promotion tools.
The customers show positive response towards a marketing plan or
promotion. They start buying the products after watching an
advertisement of the company.
