I  want  to  improve  my  transition  while  moving  the  students  from  an  activity  to  another.

1-­‐  First  I  will  teach  them  new  vocabulary  by  showing  them  flash  cards  with  animal  names  and  pictures,  and  
make  them  guess  and  say  them  out  loud.  
 
2-­‐  Second  I  will  introduce  the  story,  and  sing  while  reading  it  because  it’s  a  rhyming  story.    
3-­‐  Thirdly,  I  will  read  it  again  but  this  time  they  will  sing  with  me,  while  producing  animal  voices.  
 
They  will  practice  the  language  structure:  "  and  on  his  farm  he  had  a  ………"  
4-­‐  After  we  finish  the  song,  I  will  ask  them  to  sit  o  the  chairs  politly.  
5-­‐  I  will  put  each  activity  on  the  four  tables,  and  I  will  explain  the  activities  to  children  and  how  to  work  on  
each  activity,  and  make  sure  they  listen  that  every  child  will  be  working  alone.    
6-­‐  Last  thing  to  make  them  link  the  lesson  to  themselves  I'll  put  a  poster  on  the  board  that  has  the  word  (  My  
favorite  Animal)  written  on  it.  And  children  have  to  take  the  sticker  picture  of  their  favorite  animal  and  stick  it

Children  will  draw  their  own  farm  and  favorite  animals.   This  activity  is  children  guess  what  do  we  get  from  farm  
  animals  and  write  one  thing  under  the  animal  picture.  
Closing  activity:  Time:  5-­‐7  minutes  
 There  will  be  a  poster  that  has  the  word  (My  favorite  Animal)  written  on  it.  And  children  have  to  take  the  sticker  picture  of  
their  favorite  animal  and  stick  it  beside  the  name  of  the  animal.  
 
 
Assessment  for  Learning:  
Asking  children  questions  while  they're  working  on  the  activities,  like:  what  is  this  animal?,  tell  me  one  thing  we  can  get  
from  this  animal?,  is  this  animal  a  pet  or  it’s  a  farm  animal?...  etc.
