1.上表为根据现场最新收到的各种原料化学成份考虑两种粘土搭配比例不同得到的配料计算结果，各
物料实际配比及预混合料中石灰石与粘土相对比例，以及计算得到的预混合料中Al2O3 & LSF范围见
表所示。Based on the collection of chemical composition of the raw materials in the site,

2.当全部使用红土配料时年消耗量约73万吨（湿基，水分22%），全部使用灰土配料时年消耗量为
95万吨（湿基，水分18%）。两种粘土搭配配料时，粘土总量介于两者之间。The consumption
of red clay per year is 0.73 million tons on wet basis (22% mositure) when red clay be
used 100%, and if 100% gray clay would be used, the consumption is 0.95 million tons
on wet basis(18% mositure). The consumption will between above two if using mix of
the them.

3.根据计算结果，建议在线分析仪控制指标为Al2O3含量，预配料Al2O3含量控制目标值为 3.25-
3.35%，当低于3.25%则板喂机增加速度（建议变频器可调整1HZ），高于3.35%则降低速度（变
频器可调整1HZ）。根据现有数据计算变频器速度每变动1HZ，Al2O3变动约0.05～0.07.
According to the calculation, the on-line analyzer should control the Al2O3 content in
the premix of limestone & clay in the range 3.25-3.35%. the speed of plate feeder
should be added (transducer adjust 1HZ) when Al2O3 content is below 3.25%, the
speed should be reduced (tranducer adjust 1HZ) when Al2O3 content is exceed 3.35%.
The content of Al2O3 in the premix will be changed 0.05-0.07 when the speed of plate
feeder alteration per 1HZ.

4.当从100%红土变为100%灰土时，粘土喂料量变化幅度将达到24.43%（粘土配比从12.03%变
到16.54%），而石灰石使用量变化幅度为3.98%（石灰石配比从80.65%变到78.46%）。The
feed quantity of clay would change from 12.3% to 16.54% when used 100% red clay
change to 100% gray clay, the amplification is 24.43%. The feed quantity of limstone
would change from 80.56% to 78.46%, the damping is only 3.98%.
