Reported at Main Office (Eco Business Park I, Kempas.) A short briefing about
Proli Group company background and introduced to Proli staff by HR executive,
Ms Donna.

Discussed job scope with Contract Manager, Ms Wong. The project that I will
be involved is 100 Units of Mix Housing Development by Daiwa Sunway
(Sakura Residence), which is based at Sunway Iskandar, Johor.

22-01- A short explanation on the project by Mr Wong. This project adopts

2018 prefabrication technology from Japan where steel frame will be erected as the
main structure of the houses and wall panels (consist of cement boards) will be
inserted between the columns of the house.

Assigned to complete list of drawings for Daiwa House's progress report and
sort out construction activities into categories (Architectural Works, Structural
Works, M&E Works).

Read and study drawings for Daiwa House Project.

Reported at the site of the project, Sunway Iskandar. Joined in their daily
Toolbox Meeting which led by the Safety Officer, Ms Sheril.

Further explanation of the project by Project Manager, Mr Chuah. The project

was abandoned for some time. 2 units of Showhouse and 5 units of foundation
works were done by the previous contractor. Proli will complete the project by
splitting it into 2 phases, where the first phase is to build 39 units of buildings
(including the previous job done) while the second phase is to build 61 units of
buildings. This project is a mix housing development where it consists of
building bungalows, semi-d houses, cluster houses, a community centre, guard
house and TNB.
