In my opinion, viscodamper is a more practical solution in this case.

Only catch is we can do use viscous damper in Caesar ii using minimum
equivalent stiffness say at 6 Hz freq and bring first natural freq above 6
Hz.

Is there a way to isolate thermal growth away from that point?
Can operational vibrations be isolated from piping?
Is our natural frequency especially low due to unrealistic
supports? Can we model our supports in a different fashion to
give us better answers?
