throughout the internship program and also provided me valuable inputs, suggestions

by management and staff of the NKPL throughout my internship program.
Executive summary
This report is representing the learning and findings of summer internship project at N.K.Proteins
.Pvt.Ltd .As a part of summer internship I have worked with a specific research process which helped
me in getting some practical working experience as well as helps the company by some inputs from
my report.
NKPL have A great strong market in Refined Cottonseed oil in Gujarat. So as a part of that it is very
important to know the consumption pattern of edible oil. So to study the problem I researched the
market base on the topic “A study on consumption pattern of edible oils in Ahmedabad &
Vadodara cities.” To check the validity of my topic I studied the past reports on consumption of
edible oil from various resources.
My report contain detail introduction of NKPL and also have some findings from my study I have used
primary data to complete my study and the mode of data collection method was through questionnaire
which is being filed by resident of Ahmedabad and Vadodara cities.
