DIET PLAN

Morning Diet

After Gym :- Sprouts ( moong , chana, soyabean or any pulses you want )

milk 1 glass
or
fruit salad with milk
or
oats with milk
or
daliya (salty) with milk

LUNCH DIET

500 ml glass chaach (before 30 mins of lunch)

500 gms salad (tomato , onion , cucumber or any )

2 chapati nd sabzi

evening at 4 :- tea with digestive busicuit

Everyday at 6

20 gms paneer
Dinner Diet
1 chapati with sabzi
500 gms salad and milk (haldi)
