Learning priority: Increasing ability to cope with change.

Rowwa, assalamu alaikum, we are so pleased to welcome you and your family to
An-Nur Child Education and care centre. As you come part time and only when
you mum is here volunteering or working, it seems taking longer for you to
settle. We like to see you settle in to An-Nur without you mum around you all the
time. We love to know you better and build good relationship with you.
InshaAllah you will feel more comfortable to explore the learning environment
soon and establish strong bond with other children and teachers.
We are looking forward to know you, share your learning journey with you, see
you learn and grow, and enjoy many learning adventures together inshaAllah.

Te Whariki goal: “Children will experience an environment where their emotional

wellbeing is nurtured”, Wellbeing, “Children and their families experience an
environment where connecting links with family and wider world are affirmed and
extended,” Belonging.
