UPIKE held a Global fair on Oct.

3 in the plaza that offered students information about

different opportunities to study abroad from Costa Rica to Japan, while earning college credits.

Kentucky Institute for International Studies (KIIS) is another way you can study abroad. KIIS

offer educational trips around the world from Austria to Portugal.

Chandra Massner and John Howie will be taking students to Costa Rica for Spring Break.

John Howie said of his last trip to Costa Rica in 2017, “We hiked through the jungle and crossed

18 different bridges, checked out volcanoes and the local beaches.”
