Good:
 Cadre kept the environment relaxed.
 Went smoothly.
 Holding area SGT was stunningly handsome.
 Contestants were allowed to us the Latrine.

Improve:
 Start the event earlier that 0900.
 More time to prepare. Most contestants had only a week or less.
 Indoor PT area.
 Holding area not located next to Board room. Contestants could hear the
other contestants as they were being put to the question.
