levers and pulleys spacing should be adequate. All cables must be inspected and
secured to the sides of the derrick.
Insure that no crossovers between wires, pins with their pins, pulleys rotate easily.
Check the correct functioning of the systems that make up the Malacate such as
brake, auxiliary brake and indicator cable winch and drilling should be well adjusted
to this system.
Staff should clean and lubricate each axis of the guide pulleys and testing
operation, it should be emphasized that the cable must ensure that this located
within the channel of the guide pulley.
The Rig Manager runs the pre operational safety meeting, conducting the analysis
Safety at Work as exposing known as AST will proceed down the derrick.
Disconnect and remove the drill pipe, disconnect electrical power cables that are
part of the drill hole, then the components of the rotary table including wedges and
power keys laugh.
operating sequence
Patio workers are responsible for removing the shackles side of the Tower and the
Machinist start the Malacate always watching weight indicator.
When the tower is being lowered is prudent adjust smoothly to the easel, then
cable weight drilling is released and the traveling block is placed on the gangplank
of the bore hole. They are collected and cleaned the tools used to be stored in the
warehouse.
Tower must be previously disarmed, you exist good weather conditions and the
staff is trained on the operations carried out.
Cats should settle crane to crane boards and not the tower as this unarmed.
Guayas use appropriate checking their physical condition so that these do not
cause any accident during the operation. Inspect hand tools to be used such as
combos, keys, guayas, etc.
The Rig Manager runs the pre meeting operational safety, making the
corresponding AST; together with the Safety Engineer and Driller indicate how it
will perform this operation.
operating sequence
Staff should be trained and have the necessary information to carry out this
operation.
winch, inspect cranes, guayas and tools to be used as combos, keys, etc.
Remove the accessories which are connected to the winch by loosening and
removing the bolts to proceed to hoist winch.
Having previously informed cranes Malacate weight; parking cranes on each side
of the substructure, place the boards and guayas to hoist winch.
the tools used and stored in the cellar to complete the operation are collected.
3.- REMOVING THE TOP DRIVE
Adequate conditions
Check that all cables derrick are not affecting dismantling the Top Drive, make
cleaning the rotary table and proceed to dismantle the presence of the
representative of the company that provides this equipment if necessary.
Izar the Top Drive with a couple of guayas which must be able to support the
weight of this equipment.
Never workers should be under the Top Drive lifting or next to this as this could
cause accidents.
Inspect the condition of guayas and pulleys before performing this operation.
The Rig Manager runs the pre operational safety meeting, performing the AST
report; the Tool Pusher and Ing. Drilling is responsible for exposing how you will
perform the operation, analyzing the potential risks and their personnel corrective
actions, which will be destined for operation.
For the development of this operation is required from 7 to 10 workers and a
supervisor and Ing. Security.
Check the status of Top Drive and placed in the rotary table to disarm the hose, lift
and arm of this team.
Save electric cables and wires locate the basket in a suitable place that does not
affect the removal.
Lower the Top Drive with the help of the rails and locate the computer on the table
then leave it in a suitable place using a crane.
Disarm rail sections and locate the Top Drive in proper link using two cranes.
This operation should be directed solely by the Tool Pusher and should have direct
communication with operators of cranes because if there is any
Negligence in this operation the Top Drive may fall and cause serious accidents.
Adequate conditions
Perform cleaning on the rotary table, mud should not exist in the contrapozo and
should have sufficient lighting.
Potential risks and corrective actions of this operation
Only one person should order the lifting of the BOP stack, because if this
disturbance moves can strike personnel.
The BOP stack must be guided with a bar never hand as it could cause serious
damage to the worker upper extremities. Visually inspect the condition of the tools,
hydraulic hoses and state safety harnesses.
The Rig Manager runs the pre meeting operational safety, making the
corresponding AST; together with the Safety Engineer, Driller Tool Pusher and
indicate how it will perform this operation.
1.- BAJADA DE TORRE DE PERFORACIÓN
Condiciones adecuadas
