Few opinions regarding Land

1. I want to know what is your exact plan when you are shifting to hubli.
2. Based on this we can choose location , if it is soon we have to choose vidyanagar or nearby
location
3. If it is after some time we can choose little far away so that development will take place by
that time
4. Even plan of school will also influence the location
5. Size of plot I recommend at least 30*50 or 40*60.
6. According to me for a house location, size & planning of it according to vaastu are all imp
factor, because its one time investment for long term. So we have to plan wisely with
patience
7. if we comprise too much with budget we will get all small faraway lands, so let’s be optimum
with budget, so we will get satisfaction with purchase of land
