Job Role-HR Recruiter-IT Recuitment

Experience-0.6 - 3 years

Job location-East Of kailash,New Delhi.

Salary-No Bar for Good Candidate.

Sourcing:

Look for candidates from the internal database.

Source candidates from portals like Naukri and Monster.

Mass Mail at various job portals (Naukri, Monster).

Source candidates through referrals & network building

Match & shortlist the relevant profiles

Screening:

Screen the candidates to check their technical credentials, project experience, communication skills,
CTC, notice period, academic credentials & related details.

Post Offer Follow Ups:

Continuous follow up with offered candidates to ensure offer to onboard conversion.

Co-ordinate with the client and the candidates queries and changes in date of joining as and when
required.
Reports:

Maintain tracker sheets; client wise, requirement wise, for candidates sourced through portals & network
building.

Daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports, feedback reports

Sending Daily activities to the Director and Manager.
