Por medio del presente en mi calidad de supervisor de obra, tengo el agrado de dirigirme a
usted con la finalidad de remitir el TAREO CORRESPONDIENTE AL MES DE SETIEMBRE. Para
su respectiva aprobación por la oficina zonal Puno. "CREACION DE PISTAS Y VEREDAS DE
LAS CALLES TARAPACA Y CALLE PLAZOLETA ACHO DE LA LOCALIDAD DE SANTA
ROSA, DISTRITO DE SANTA ROSA – MELGAR - PUNO, de convenio 25-0005-12.18 de acuerdo
a lo indicado en el documento.
