Mutual Funds or any other financial products offered by Abchlor Investment Advisors (P) Ltd
('Company') through the website www.abchlor.com / www.investonline.in with the Login ID
gaurav_eca and have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the
service(s), appearing on the web site http://www.investonline.in/jsp/terms.htm or as specified by the
Company, as amended from time to time. I do hereby jointly and severally nominate, constitute and
appoint Abchlor Investment Advisors (P) Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act
1956 with its registered office at A-602, Royal Sands, Shastri Nagar, Andheri West, Mumbai 400053
acting through any of its officer/s as my true and lawful Attorney (hereinafter referred to as 'the said
Attorney') for me, in my name and on my behalf and at my risk and costs to do, perform or execute all
or any of the following acts, deeds, matters and things.

1. To subscribe to and / or redeem units of mutual funds once the orders for the same are placed by
me and for that purpose, to take all subsequent actions that will be necessary for execution of my
order and complete the transactions.

2. To subscribe to Equity IPOs and to subscribe to and / or redeem units of any other financial
products offered on web site www.abchlor.com/www.investonline.in on my behalf in accordance with
the orders placed by me and for that purpose to take all the necessary actions.

3. The term 'Securities' shall include securities as defined by the Securities Contracts (Regulation)
Act, 1956 as amended from time to time.

4. To confirm having read and understood the contents of the offer documents of various schemes
of mutual funds in which the Company may invest on behalf of myself and not to hold the mutual fund
/ asset management company liable for any transaction processed on the basis of information
provided by the Company.

5. To receive statements and other documents and items pertaining to the above units/securities
and to acknowledge receipt of the same.

6. To sign all such application forms, transfer deeds, redemption requests, depository forms and
other documents / deeds and to do all such acts as may be required for all or any of the above
purposes.

7. To correspond with and give notice to the corresponding asset management company/body
corporate(s)/issuer/registrar and transfer agent of securities including giving instructions with regard to
nomination/change in investment plans/any other changes that may be necessitated.

8. To do or omit to do all such acts and things as the Company may in its discretion consider to be
necessary or desirable in order to exercise its powers hereunder or to comply with any laws, order
rules, regulations or directions of any government or regulatory or other authorities.

9. AND GENERALLY to do, perform and execute all such other acts, deeds, instruments, matters
and things for me and on my behalf as the said Attorney may think fit in respect of the above matters
as fully and effectually and to all intents and purposes as I myself could do if I were personally present
AND for the further, better and more effectually doing, effecting, executing and performing the several
matters and things aforesaid I hereby give and grant unto the said Attorney full power and authority
from time to time to appoint one or more substitute and substitutes to do, execute and perform all or
any of such matters and things as aforesaid and the substitute or substitutes at pleasure to remove
and to appoint another or others in his/her place AND I hereby ratify and confirm and agree and
undertake to ratify and confirm whatsoever the said Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue of these presents.

www.investonline.in / www.abchlor.com (AIAPL)

I/We have read all the terms and condition for making the online application in Mutual Funds & other
online offerings by www.investonline.in / www.abchlor.com. I/We declare that I/We have read the
general & specific risk factors and the online Bank's disclaimer. I/We have read and examined the
offer documents / abridged offer documents and I/We am/are myself/ourselves have taken the
investment decision to apply in the units of the mutual fund specified as above and agree to abide by
the terms and conditions, rules and regulation of the mutual fund scheme chosen.

If the transaction is delayed or not effected at all for reasons of incomplete or incorrect information,
I/We would not hold the mutual fund / distributor (Abchlor Investment Advisors (P) Ltd.) responsible.

Your entire transaction will be executed in a 100% safe and secure manner. Transaction once
submitted on ABCHLOR's online mutual fund module cannot be cancelled. The first applicant has to
have an Internet enabled banking account facility.Customers filling application online need to check
the correctness of information provided. Neither Abchlor Investment Advisors (P) Ltd. nor the chosen
Mutual Fund accepts any liability for the consequences arising out of erroneous information supplied
by the customer. The authorization of transaction for investing /making payment of money to Mutual
Fund will be construed as a binding contract between the chosen Mutual Fund and the customer. The
units of the schemes shall be allotted, redeemed or switched, as the case may be, at the Net Asset
Value (NAV) applicable in accordance with the terms of the scheme and SEBI (MF) Regulations on
the subject. Any request falling due on a holiday would be processed on the next business day and
respective NAV would be applicable as per the Mutual Funds'offer document and the regulations.
Neither Abchlor Investment Advisors (P) Ltd nor any of the Mutual Funds shall be liable for any failure
to perform its obligations, to the extent that such performance has been delayed, hindered or
prevented by systems failures, network errors, delay or loss of data due to the above and in
circumstances of acts of God, floods, epidemics, quarantine, riot or civil commotion and war.
Abchlor Investment Advisors (P) Ltd. or the chosen Mutual Fund will not be liable for any delay in
receipt of application for any reason. The funds to be invested shall pass through the bank account of
the payment gateway service provide (currently - Tech Process Solutions Ltd [A venture of ICICI
Bank] before being transferred to the respective Mutual Funds. Currently, this is required due to
certain payment gateway limitations on the part of the respective banks due to which third party
transfers cannot be facilitated online.In case of an NFO (New Fund Offer) the units shall be allotted
upon completion of allotment process. Also that the NFO is open only for the period specified by the
Mutual Fund. After the end of the NFO period, any forms submitted by the customer shall be liable for
being rejected by the chosen mutual fund, and transfer of funds if any made by the customer for the
said transaction shall be at the sole risk and liability of the customer. Investors are advised to read the
risk factors carefully before taking an investment decision. Offer document(s) / abridged offer
document(s) are available with Mutual Fund Asset Management Companies and with Abchlor
Investment Advisors (P) Ltd. as shown at offer document details. All Mutual Fund schemes and may
not be offered at all times. This depends upon the registration of the AMC with Abchlor Investment
Advisors (P) Ltd. As and when the agreement between the two parties is signed and accepted, the
AMC?s schemes may be added to the list for online transactions. For taking an investment decision,
investors must rely on their own examination of the issuer and offer, including risk involved. It is to be
distinctly understood that the Mutual Fund schemes, being offered for investment, have not been
recommended by Abchlor Investment Advisors (P) Ltd. nor has Abchlor Investment Advisors (P) Ltd.
sponsored any scheme.
Abchlor Investment Advisors (P) Ltd. does not guarantee any returns on investments made in Mutual
Fund scheme(s) by investors. Investment in mutual funds involves a degree of risk and investors
should not invest any funds unless they can afford to take the risk of losing their investment. Abchlor
Investment Advisors (P) Ltd. is in no way responsible for any loss of data, unauthorized transaction /
error during the financial transaction and the customer hereby indemnifies both the Mutual Fund and
Abchlor Investment Advisors (P) Ltd. and its employees for any loss arising as a result thereof. In this
