Statement of the problem

To study the statistically-significant differences between academic Achievements and

Advance Studying in pre-measurement of Grade 12 ABM students in Philippine Women’s College
of Davao. We were going to examine, what are the problems and benefits encountered by the
students to achieve a higher grade, with/without taking advance study. The study attempted to
answer the following questions:

Sub Questions:

 What are the problems encountered by the student?

 How many ABM students will get higher grades without advance studying?
 How does academic achievements can help student?
 What are the benefits if the student will take advanced study?
 Is it testified that doing advanced study can get a high grade?
 To what extent does time spend in advance studying correlate with academic
achievements?
 How can Advance studying affects Academic Achievements?
 How many students of ABM will take advanced study in getting academic achievements?
