PARLIAMENTARY QUESTIONS

1. Would the Honourable Minister please inform the Senate of all Government
Ministers’ and Junior Ministers’ posts and detail which of these positions are
receiving full time salaries and which are receiving part time salaries?

All information with regard to Ministerial positions is already in the public

domain. All Ministers are receiving full-time salaries. Junior Ministers are as
follows:

Senator JASON P. HAYWARD, J.P.

Junior Minister for Education; Labour Community Affairs &
Sports; and Health

Senator CRYSTAL C. CAESAR, J.P.

Junior Minister for Home Affairs; Tourism & Transport
Junior Minister of National Security.

Senator VANCE M.E. CAMPBELL, J.P.

Junior Minister for Public Works; and The Cabinet Office. Spokesperson on
Finance.

2. What is the total current annual cost of the present Ministers and Junior
Ministers?

The total current annual cost of the present Ministers and Junior Ministers is
$2,178,370. Please note this amount includes Ministerial plus Member or Senate
salaries.

3. Would the Junior Minister please inform the Senate of all the support staff
currently working for the Hon. Premier E. David Burt and the cost relating
thereto. Kindly detail any and all non-Civil Service position, including but not
limited to, political consultants and employees at both the Premier’s Office and
the Premier’s Official residence.

All of the support staff currently working for the Hon. Premier E. David Burt and
the cost relating and details of the staff thereto are listed below.

Owen Darrell, Chief of Staff - $125,116.33

Madree Robinson, Housekeeper/Cook - $1,312.50 per week
JeanAnne Hayward, Special Aide to the Premier - Seconded from the
Department of Child and Family Services
Haley Telford, Babysitter - $1,900.00 per month
Dana Selassie, Special Advisor to the Premier - $108,409.40
Dawn Simmons, Administrative Assistant - $62,810.05 (Ageing Well Committee)
