DAGITAB: The Most Outstanding Electrical Engineering Student Award 2018

The Makers of Technological Changes (MATECH) introduces the DAGITAB:

The Most Outstanding Electrical Engineering Student Award, which aims to search
for the Electrical Engineering finest students with outstanding contributions,
intensifying competency, passion, and remarkable excellence on the different
field of endeavors. The Makers of Technological Changes (MATECH) strongly
believes that through this citation we will be able to recognize and acknowledge
the best amongst our fellow Electrical Engineering student in the campus.

The DAGITAB: The Most Outstanding Electrical Engineering Student Award

2018, established for honouring the competence, diligence and excellence of
Electrical Engineering Students with their compassionate ideals, building a rich
legacy as an inspiring model to their fellow students, community and country.

MECHANICS:

1. The Award is open to all Electrical Engineering Students of Cavite State

University – CCAT Campus.
2. Nomination forms are available at the Makers of Technological
Changes Secretary.
3. The Board of Judges will judge and choose the top five (5) from the
nominees.
4. The top five (5) will pass an essay about this topic,

“Do you deserve to win this award?”

5. The Board of Judges together with the MATECH Council will breakdown
the remaining representatives and chooses the Most Outstanding
Electrical Engineering Student.
6. All works, accomplishments, achievements, and performances shall
support and merit the nomination for this award.
7. Criteria for Selection:
General Weighted Average (40%)

Makers of Technological Changes 2018

 Essay (20%)
Final Panel Interview (20%)
Award and Recognition (10%)

Requirements:

1. Accomplished Nomination Form

2. A handwritten composition about “Do you deserve this award?”
3. Temporary Transcript of records and/or summary of grades duly
approved by the Registrar with equivalent grading’s.
4. Awards/ Recognitions received with in line with Academic Excellence
5. Submit a HALF BODY and FULL BODY picture wearing your SCHOOL
UNIFORM.

Note:

All supporting documents may include awards, honors, citations,

commendations, and achievements, received by the nominee, also, newspaper/
magazine clippings on the student nominee’s achievement, pictures and other
documents, etc. (All materials to be submitted are photocopied, but the original
copies shall be presented upon interview otherwise disqualified at all!)

All supporting documents must be arranged according to its date and it

must have a summary or much preferred table of contents.
