That , we are the children of PURITA S. PATALINGHUG and VENERANDO M.
PATALINGHUG;
That, the above mentioned persons owned a stall in the Pasil Fish Market;
That, as heirs, we are the rightful persons to succeed them as stall owners;
That, we are waiving all our rights over such stall in favor of JOSHUA P. OSABEL;
That, we are executing this affidavit in compliance with the requirements for the transfer
of ownership over such stall and for other legal purpose this may serve best.
