Rules and Procedure for the Sale of Vehicles

All vehicles listed above are available for sale at their listed selling price.
All interested buyer must submit a letter of intent to purchase.
All offers will be processed at the 14th floor UCPB Building, Makati Avenue, Makati City, on a first come first served basis (Regular Day).
a. June 4, 2018 Procedure;
1. All interested buyers must register at the lobby of the 14th floor with the Guard (7:00 a.m. onwards). Registration will
end 9:00.
2. The Names/Numbers of registered buyers will be placed in drop box.
3. We will draw the number or name of the client and it will determine the order of the priority of the one being served.
4. All interested buyers/authorized representative must be present during the drawing of the priority. Once the name or the
number is called and no one comes forward the number will revert to the last of the line.
5. Once the order is determined the buyer will be requested to submit the list of the vehicle being offered and process in
the order it was drawn; we will not accept alterations and/or inclusions after the submission of the offer.
6. We will allow bank associates to submit their offers prior to 9:00 a.m. but we will process their offers prior to the drawing
of priority number.
7. All registration received after 9:00 a.m. will served on a first come first served after the group has been served.
All offers must include the following:
a. Deposit of Php.5,000.00 Cash or Managers Check (addressed to UCPB) for each vehicle.
b. A duly accomplished Client Information Sheet
c. 2 Government Issued Identification Cards (with Picture and Signature)
d. BIR Form 2316 or Bank Statement (past 3 months)
e. Proof of billing (latest)
f. Other documents may be requested and presented before the release of the vehicle.
All offers are considered provisional until a notice of award is issued.
Full payment must be made 3 days from the date of the issuance of the notice of award.
The release of the vehicle will be upon full payment and submission of the required documents. Clearing of checks will apply.
All units are sold on an “AS-IS, WHERE-IS” and CASH or Financing thru UCPB Auto Loan. Units and prices are subject to change without
prior notice. The bank has the right to withdraw any vehicle from the list. Inadvertent misprints shall not alter the vehicle’s factual
condition nor shall be deemed as misrepresentation on the vehicles.
The Buyer warrants that he / she has seen and inspected the units/s prior to submission of offer.
Units released to winning bidders cannot be returned nor exchanged.
Units may be inspected at OYSTER PLAZA WAREHOUSE, Sucat Road, Paranaque from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday.
Or 260 Roosevelt Ave., Quezon City. (Beside the Coca Cola Warehouse) from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday
