 Think Differently — Create a portfolio of algorithms that could be exposed

to outside consumers as new sources of value, including people, business
and things.
 Divest — Figure out what you should not be doing in the first place, then
figure out how best to support the things you should do.
 Leverage — Charge your application teams to experiment and build
