Managed Services business, leading to Innovation. Working in close alignment with customers,

- Provided strategic leadership by analyzing current investments and market needs with over the
horizon visibility, to re-imagine value propositions and processes and proposed Industry IOT and

adoptions. Implemented creative process improvements to manage effective roadmap and release

- Achieved key replication innovation milestones for Industry Big Data and Analytics applications.
These included the first real-time clinical intelligence solution on HANA (satisfying Governance,
Risks, and Compliance requirements), the first real-time Change Data Capture financial and
automotive solutions for Hadoop/Hive based Analytics, and the first Heterogeneous Telco solution
in India.

- Imagined and delivered a social workplace platform in the Amazon AWS cloud, unifying process,

- Provided Professional Services support for a key initiative between Sybase and SAP, for porting
SAP/R3 on Sybase database. This involved configuring a very controlled test environment to run
custom performance testing suites, to produce comparative metrics against Informix and Oracle,
which were continuously shared with development teams and reported to executives of both
companies.

- Designed service software innovations to improve the efficacy of the Sun Service delivery, in
service dispatch process and the migration of customers from BSD based SunOS to System V

customer and field satisfaction.

- Provided technical support for the Solaris operating system, network administration, and bundled
programming languages specialty areas.

- Developed and sustained Sun's Travel Expense IT Application.
