Description : This project is fully based on Bio-Informatics concept.
A Decision tree approach of an ANN is used to classify
type of Introns in the DNA sequences.
• With in the DNA Sequences, any living things having
an Introns & Extrons.
• In Introns containing AT, GC pair.
• By using a concept of Artificial Neural Network of
Decision tree approach, the Introns can classify here.
• All the i/p files contain the txt file of DNA Sequences.
