Cabinet treasurer rescognized to give his report,; reporting the finanscial club standing of district and
international dues reminding the clubs to settle their dues in order to prevent suspension. Moved for
approval by tito gastardo and seconded by DG jerry and approved treasurers report

Region chairpersons were recognized to give their region report. 5 regions

Thanking those who attended the district convention for another record and asking for more
participants for the next conventions

Special thanks to all the invitations to all the inductions I have attended, enjoy the fun and
entertainament

Comments of project. Most clubs are doing project, roar to that. Cocentrate our projects to the 5
categories assigned by our LCI (enumerate) but does not mean you do not branch out to other areas.
Like dental, feeding, speech forum

Special thanks to the cebu lions for the support of the naga relief efforts, reacting within 24 hours from
the calamity, very thankful to the cebu lions clubs specially to our council chairman chester. Thank you
to the other regions outside cebu for also donating

Recognizing the newly chartered Tacloba Exec lions and Bohol lady lions recognizing their charter
presidents

New MJF and PMJF announced by LCIF Coordinator IPDG Stephan yap, appointed by DG jerry. Explaining
his task to encourage other lions to donate to LCIF. Explaining that grants that LCIF extend by reason of
these donations. Must donate to LCIF so we have funds incase of calamities. Explaining Campaign 100,
$100 donation from each lion for one year campaign or 100% contributing member for each club by
donating a minimum of 20 dollars each club, each member must donate and elaborating further the
purpose of Campaign 100 and the benefits of the same. Discussing also the new incentive system of
LCIF. If each club can donate 5000 USD per year, then the club shall be elegible to ask for a 15% rebate
for projects. If district can accumulate 10,000 from all clubs not reaching 5k then the district can claim
3000 USD for projects. Can be claimed within a period of 15 years. Another program is the model club
award if all members can donate 750usd each. Reporting 13 MJF as of the moment and identifying and
enumerating the same. Reminding clubs to assign their LCIF club coordinators, 13 from the district have
not.

Gov thanked the MJF donations and encouraged to target 30 acknowledging PDG Yang for being the first
MJF

Gov on membership, reminding the district to have a positive growth reminding the we are close to the
cut-off. And encouraging lions to bring in more member to positive 4 growth to cover the estimated 200
drops per year to keep this a standard district.

Gov jerry proposed a lions ID for the district. Gov Jerry presenting his sample for the ID. To be further
discussed by the cabinet in the next day’s cabinet meeting

Gov jerry is suggesting an activity spearheaded by the chairperson for hearing, doc doyet, doc doyet is
encouraging clubs to invite him to do the activity which he woud gladly participate.

Remiding the cabinat, region persons of the meeting to be held the next day

Other matters

Clabayog city lions club – explaingin the reason why they were not included in the region report and
explaining that their club is the only club in that area and enumerating the activities that were failed to
be reported. The president expressed her concerns that the region chair did not reach out to her
regarding their activities

Chandy manifested that there is indeed a need to help Calbayog their identity

Tito gastardo was recognized and manifested that the the report of region 4 be amended to include the
report of clabayog waterfalls

Jerry lim informed about the awarding of the peace poster awarding tonight

IPDG Stephen yap in collaboration with chester lim presented an award to metro Dumaguete lions clubs
being the 10th ranked club in the district

IPDG yap also presented an award to PDG Freddie lim
