REFLECTION BFAST DAY ONE (COLOSSIANS CHAPTER 3:1-17)

In the day one we started our bfast with an opening prayer led by gab pineda and after that the

first reading of the colossians chapter 3:1-17 read by one of our member and the other member where

follow the reading, after that reading the group take a 1 minute of silence to reflect on the reading and

also to find a phrase or word that capture their hearts. After the group reflected on the reading and

picked a phrase or word, my phrase that I choose is verse 16 ”LET THE WORD OF CHRIST RULE IN YOUR

HEATS, WHICH INDEED YOU WERE ADMONISH ONE ANOTHER IN ALL WISDOM; AND WITH GRATITUDE

IN YOUR HEARTS SING PSALM, HYMNS, AND SPIRITUAL SONGS TO GOD”, I choose this because it says

that the word of god is not just a command it is a word with a spiritual meaning and it can change others

perspective of their lives.

After that one of the member of the group read the second reading of the colossians chapter

3:1-17, after that another 1 minute of silence and they start to relate the phrase that they choose on

their own experiences. Then one of our member started reading the next verse of the colossians chapter

3:1-17 and then the other member where follow the reading and try to reflect on it.

After that another 1 minute of silence and then after reflecting, picking, and relating the phrase

that they choose the group started sharing of their own experiences base on the phrase that he reflect

on, I share one of my story on my group “one day I watch a bible conference in television and I heard

that when your hands, eyes and tongue make sins therefore you need to CUT it out, CUT means

Conscious, Understanding, Trust then I realize you need to be aware of your surroundings and your also

need to understand it to gain trust on the people that you may encounter”. After the sharing the group

started the closing prayer for the bfast and it is led by one of the member of the group.
REFLECTION BFAST DAY TWO (PHILIPPIANS CHAPTER 4:1-17)

In the day one we started our bfast with an opening prayer led by Miguel Santos and

after that the first reading of the philippians chapter 4:1-9 read by one of our member and the other

member where follow the reading, after that reading the group take a 1 minute of silence to reflect on

the reading and also to find a phrase or word that capture their heart. After the group reflected on the

reading and picked a phrase or word, my phrase that I choose is verse 9 ”KEEP ON DOING THE THINGS

THAT YOU HAVE LEARNED AND RECEIVED AND HEARD AND SEEN IN ME, AND THE GOD OF PEACE WILLL

BE WITH YOU”, I choose this because it says that all of your skills and knowledge that you received are

from god of peace and in every action that you do god is always protect and observe us because god

want us to be safe that why he cares.

After that one of the member of the group read the second reading of the philippians chapter

4:1-9, after that another 1 minute of silence and they start to relate the phrase that they choose on their

own experiences. Then one of our member started reading the next verse of the philippians chapter 4:1-

9 and then the other member where follow the reading and try to reflect on it.

After that another 1 minute of silence and then after reflecting, picking, and relating the phrase

that they choose the group started sharing of their own experiences base on the phrase that he reflect

on, I share this on my group that in every action that we do god saw us whether it is good or bad god is

with us “GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME AND ALL THE TIME GOD IS GOOD”. After the sharing the group

REFLECTION BFAST DAY THREE (MATTHEW CHAPTER 28:16-20)

In the day one we started our bfast with an opening prayer led by Jimboy Yumul and

after that the first reading of the matthew chapter 28:16-20 read by one of our member and the other

member where follow the reading, after that reading the group take a 1 minute of silence to reflect on

the reading and also to find a phrase or word that capture their heart. After the group reflected on the

reading and picked a phrase or word, my phrase that I choose is verse 19 “GO THEREFORE AND MAKE

DISCIPLES OF ALL NATIONS, BAPTIZING THEM IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER ANND OF THE SON AND OF

THE HOLY SPIRIT”, I choose this because it says that Christians need to spread the religion of Christianity

and baptize them in the tres personae (tatlong persona) which is in the name of the father and off the

son and of the holy spirit.

After that one of the member of the group read the second reading of matthew chapter 28:16-

20, after that another 1 minute of silence and they start to relate the phrase that they choose on their

own experiences. Then one of our member started reading the next verse of matthew chapter 28:16-20

and then the other member where follow the reading and try to reflect on it.

After that another 1 minute of silence and then after reflecting, picking, and relating the phrase

that they choose the group started sharing of their own experiences base on the phrase that he reflect

on, I share this on my group that anyone can be a son of god and be baptize in the name of the father

and off the son and of the holy spirit, god make sure that you are always blessed and abundance, before
