1. How to Upgrade Firmware

1.1. Connect included USB cable to YP-S5

1.2. Open the YP-S5 using a file explorer

1.3. Copy the Firmware file of YP-S5 to the root folder of YP-S5

 NOTE: The name of the firmware file may be different from what you see in this document.
(S5J.ROM is the firmware file on above example.)

1.4. Reboot YP-S5

You have to wait for a while after rebooting. You will see ‘Upgrading firmware’ message on
the screen.

NOTE : DO NOT TURN OFF or RESET YP-S5 while ‘Upgrading firmware’ message is on the
screen. It is safe to connect YP-S5 to a charger.
