Dear People,

I have to work fast this morning, since I am preparing for DCTV later today. I want to start
off by repeating my message on November 30, 2018 that the problem we are having with our
corrupt money and the solutions are all to be found here on Earth. I had called out Canada's
COMER as controlled opposition this week, since Paul Hellyer, Canada's former Minister of
Defense, also likes to natter on about ET's. Paul Hellyer is also active in COMER. People who
claim to have anything to do with ET's are victims of the military's extremely low frequency
mind control technologies.

This is to inform Hon. Eric Holder that the Board of Executive Directors of World Bank has reinforced its
original decision in 2009 to reinstate me as Acting General Counsel. The Executive Directors of the World
Bank have brought the IBRD into compliance with Federal and State securities laws and conditionality
for the US contribution to the capital increase in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2012 The US
Congress and State Attorneys General are backing me on this. I am working with the FBI on the
corruption which I first reported to Senator Lugar in 2006. The US Attorney General is aware of the
human rights problems of black employees at the World Bank. Dr. Jim Kim is required to accept the
decision of the Board of Executive Directors.

Susan Regan from California's Office of Consumer Affairs called me yesterday (her number is 916 574
7506). I spoke with Susan for a half hour, telling her of my statement on November 28th at the
Newseum that the World Bank's Board of Executive Directors have reinstated me as Acting General
Counsel. I told Susan that it was important for the US Government to react correctly to this decision.
Susan's office is under California's Attorney General, Kamala Harris. I told Susan I had also informed
California's Treasurer. California's State Pension Fund holds World Bank bonds. I told Susan that I had
also informed California's Senator, Barbara Boxer, and that I had informed the office of NY's Attorney
General, Eric Schneiderman, that the World Bank's Board of Executive Directors were blackmailed when
