Find the best model of strain gauge transducer, which is

work and give feedback according to force which will


take placed by human foot along with it’s compatible
amplifier.
Before amplifier strain gauge is connected with bridge
(Fig 1) for calibration and balancing resistance of sensor.

If this amplifier is work with different voltage compared
to controller and sensors, find a power supply for it.
Each strain gauge has connected with amplifier named
1NA125P, which is amplify the low voltage signal and
it’s connected with control for measurements.

Make a big array of that strain gauge compared to the size
of the human foot (normally it will around 16inch ling
and 10inch width). But it may be changed as the
requirement.
And each gauge is required bridge for measurement and
calibrate. Every gauge has own bridge and output of each
bridge is connected in the array for an interface(fig. 2). By
using array get the best output in vertical from V1, V2 to
Vn along with horizontal H1, H2 to Hn, an analog signal.

Connect all amplifier’s output with an analog input pin of
the controller. Because all transducers work in analog so
controller work according to analog input signal taken by
analog pin.
programming in the controller, to calculation and calibrate
the whole system along with each and every strain gauge
transducer require to calculate it's placed in the array and
pressure as well as force, which given by human foot. So
that task is done by programming at the end of interface
every subsystem.
Calibration, every gauge transducer has own bridge, so
the bridge is required to calibrate with 0 output change in
resistance when no force applied on the strain gauge. At
the last, we calibrate all transducer with 0 and test the
whole system.
