1.02 Extra Over to item 1.01, with 3 1/2" thick Insulation to all walls
2.00 Office & Huddle Room Walls

2.01 3 5/8" thick Metal Framed Partition Walls using Heavy Gauge Stud & Track up to 2.74m in height,
with 1.52mm tall laminated glass panels set in concealed (flus) frame starting at ffl +.82mm.
Horizontal locations of vertical studs/frame to be proposed by bidder and agreed by Client.
2.02 Lower and upper wall to 2m 12mm thick mold resistant gypsum board on both sides. All joints
taped. All surfaces mudded and sanded to receive painting.
2.03 Extra Over to item 2.01, with 3 1/2" thick Insulation to all walls
