PDP Professional Development Plan

Take some time to read through your MST/MCT report from last semester. Highlight (or take notes) on comments which identify
points of development. Choose one or two which you feel are especially important and write them in the table. Then decide which
competency it is, what you want to achieve in this area this semester and finally note how you will achieve this.

Goal In each part I will use a timer.
Action Points I will use a timer in the beginning, while I give them the activities and, in the end, to manage my time
and to be finish before the bell ring.

Competency Planning for Learning.

Goal I will use ClassDojo while I teach the students.
Action Points I will use ClassDojo to manage my class and to make them work quietly also, I will try to use ClassDojo
while I teach them to make them remember that if someone make noise I will take 2 points and if
someone his behavior good will take 2 points.

- Reflection
On my last TP, my MST wrote for me some points to make me a good teacher and to help me to achieve my goal as a teacher. First, I will talk
about my managing learning. In my last TP, I didn’t use the timer differently for example; I use it while the students work in their activities. But in
this TP I use the timer in the whole lesson to finish before the bell ring. The second comment was about planning to learn that my MST says “Use
ClassDojo as reword to engage boys in their learning.” In this TP when I gave them a Math lesson I use the ClassDojo when the students answer
my questions of if their behavior good also if someone makes noise and I warned him twice, and she/he didn’t listen I take one point from her/his
ClassDojo. So, I achieve my goals but some of my lesson I cancel some activities because the time will end, and, in the future, I will work in this,
and I will do all my activities, and I will finish before the time finish.
