would have to do in groups. Students were very engaged and
understood the goal of the lesson.

Olivia was very capable of managing the excitement that the videos
caused with directing students to the actual lesson. Students
respected her decisions and cooperated fully with her directions. As
she walked around the room, she discussed with each group what
information they had and how it needed to be presented to the
whole class.

Olivia confidently managed the whole class discussion at the rug as
well as monitoring many different groups afterwards. Students were
grouped according to their required abilities thus making them more
successful. She acknowledged good ideas and encouraged others
to get back on track. Students were happily participating in the
activity.

Olivia demonstrated a high level of professionalism at all times.
Whenever I observed Olivia, it was obvious to me that she loved
her students and loved teaching them! She embraced every subject
and student with the same enthusiasm and problem-solving
approach. I am sure that Olivia will be a great asset to any school 's
faculty and would have the confidence to take on any challenge that
she is assigned.
