Describing

1) The author’s main point of using details is to include information to further tie his topics

together or prove his points. By describing sclerosis, the author uses vivid description to tell the

reader what it is like to live with it. Instead of giving a person a label, be sure to provide

reasonings behind calling them that name. Don’t give too much detail though, only use details

that correlate to the topic.

2) In my paper, I used mostly objectivity. Although there were instances where my opinion was

needed as support. An example of subjectivity from my paper would be how I drew the

conclusion that all sports’ facilities have the same supportive structure behind it. Which

required my personal input.

3) In my paper, multiple vantage points are used. I made sure to put myself in other people’s shoes

to ensure that my conclusions contained little bias.

4) My dominant impression of my essay would be how coaching facilities must all have a sense of

comfort to ensure that the athletes have a comfortable space to practice.
