The purpose of this Information Circular is 0 inform all UNMISS personel of the Aissoltion of the General Sevies Section (GSS) effective 1 December 2018 and redeployment of is functions to relevant entities, in eafoemity withthe Department of Feld Suppor (DFS) guidelines on mission structures and moreover to improve the speed and responsiveness ofservice delivery, while enhancing transparency and aecountabil.
