● Created a school wide systematic multi tiered approach to tracking student academic and
behavioral concerns that guides teachers with implementing targeted interventions and
monitoring student progress.
● Collects, analyzes, and presents technical student data including student conduct,​ ​discipline and
attendance to create supportive interventions for all students.
● Attends and leads IEPs, 504s, PTA and school board meetings as well as supervises
