The Project Title “Recruitment Process of Max New York Life Insurance
Company’ has been conducted by me during “MAX NEW YORK LIFE
INSURANCE”. I would like to thank the whole Max New York Life Insurance
Co Ltd and I am obliged to Mr.SankalpMathurfor cooperation during the
project. My increased spectrum of knowledge in this field is the result of his
constant supervision and direction that has helped me to absorb relevant and
high quality information.

I owe my deep gratitude to our project guide Dr. Priyank Mehrotra , who took
keen interest on my project work and guided me all along, till the completion of
my project work by providing all the necessary information for developing a
