Change Title: Enhancement specific RMX Express batch result to Command QC

Change Component/ Current batch result data format has using Thailand Template, SCCVN has request to
enhance specific data format for Vietnam.

Design/m3 column content should not updated, It should be not change.
• Required/load (batch) column:

In RMX-Express: Thailand use formula different with Vietnam. So the
content of this column will be different on CMDbatch.
• Batched column:

If tickets had ZC code on swap and remix, ex: ticket 1 from jobsite A swap
and remix to ticket 2 – jobsite B, RMX-Express only record ticket 2 with
content = ticket 1 + ticket 2 and send to CQC.
• % Moisture column:

Ex: one ticket had sand automatic batched 2110 kg with moisture 7.75%.
Add manual sand 285 kg, RMX record moisture = 0%. RMX summary
and send to CQC sand batched 2110 + 285 = 2395 kg with moisture
5.2%

Manual sand added should be recorded with moisture 7.75% and send to
CQC
• Trim water: RMX-Express only record if batcher add water, can not record if
batcher deduct water (input in batch setup form of CMDbatch system before
starting to mix).
• Batch result listing report

Target column content of aggs send to CQC did not adjust moisture. This
is the root cause for wrong alarmed email, so temporary disable alarmed
email function.
