MEETING MINUTES:

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN STUDIO:

 Site surveying faculties should support in village survey documentation.
 Supporting subject faculties should go to village alternatively.
 Faculties are advised to make use of site surveying equipment’s while going for village
study.
 Each faculty should take the responsibility of a set of students to guide and monitor with
senior faculty overviewing as s head.
 Before village survey students are advised to do a timeline project.
 Faculties are advised to finalize the site for the timeline project before class get started.
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION:
 Sheet size and quality should be decided and arranged before class get started.
 Site visits should be planned according to the syllabus.
 Faculties are advised to make use of sample materials.
HISTORY OF ARCHITECTURE:
 Schedule of model making should be arranged in group wise according to syllabus.
 Planning and selection of materials should be done prior.
CLIMATOLOGY:
 Faculties are advised to make use of climatology equipment’s while taking class
 Assignments and submissions has to be done with proper planning.
SITE SURVEYING AND PLANNING:
 Introduction of slope with gradation and analysis should be done
 Hands on workshops and site visits should be carried out.
GENERAL INPUTS:
 Schedule of each subject should be drafted with aligning all the dead lined and the
submissions by end of September month.
 Hard copy and soft copy of notes and presentation have to submit earlier.
 Subject faculties should co- ordinate with design faculties to give inputs for the
respective subjects.
 Faculties are advised to take attendance in each period.
 Attendance should be taken in log books.
 Log books should be submitted to Hod for periodic checking.
