JERRY M. AGUAS, both Filipinos, married, with residence addresses at

Riviera Street, Merville Subdivision, Paranaque City respectively, after
being sworn in accordance with law, do hereby state:

1. We are the registered owners of a parcel of land located at #11

Riviera Street, Merville Subdivision, Paranaque City, covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) No. _______;
2. In the said title, our names are listed as JOSEPH M. AGUAS and
JULIUS M. AGUAS only;
3. We hereby declare that we, JOSEPH JOHN GERALD M. AGUAS
and JULIUS JERRY M. AGUAS and JOSEPH M. AGUAS and
JULIUS M. AGUAS are one and the same persons. Attached hereto
are copies of our passports and various identification cards showing
our full given names and shortened names, as proof that we are one
and the same person;
4. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing,
to prove our ownership of the above property covered by TCT No.
______, and for whatever other legal purposes this may serve.
