I need to work on managing students’ behaviour by using different strategies to motivate children in following the
rules. For example, follow direction.

2. Describe what you will do to help achieve your goal (Strategies Used)
I will use several strategies to achieve my goal. For example, I will reinforce the good behaviour to children copy what
their friend is doing. Also, I will use the reward system to reward the good behaviour and motivate the children to
follow my rules.

discuss with each other about it. Also, it connects with math, by searching the objects and write how many.
So, it will help children to imagine and explore the objects. Will help them to improve their social skills and
language skills while they communicate with their friends and will help them in mathematical skills.
