It is made according to an up-to-date technological process in compliance with the required regulations and development achievements in boilermarking industry. cylindrical furnace is placed in a lower part of the boiler, cooled by water all around. From the furnace the gaseous products of combustion flow through a certain number of vertical evaporating elements installed between the furnace upper dished end and boiler upper tube plate. The evaporating element consists of an external bare tube inside of which is located inner pintube. The pintube is on its upper end connected to the steam space and on the lower end to the water space of the boiler. The boiler shall be completed with: connections for the valves, instruments and automatic control devices, burner hole, manholes, inspection cleaning holes, necessary lifting and fastening lugs . The boiler shall be placed in the engine room and welded directly to the ship's structure (platform). The burnerquarl and furnace bottom are to be covered with refractory lining, while on its outer side, after all external surfaces are to be cleaned, the boiler is to be entirely insulated with matresses of mineral wool, 100 mm thickness, screened with a steel-net and covered with galvanized steel sheets.
