Recommendation

From the above discussion, as we can see there is a certain things that Human Resource of Sugarbun
policies should be improve. After evaluating the Human Resource functions of Sugarbun we has came
out with the recommendation to help the Sugarbun to improve their Human Resource policy by the
following suggestion according to the Human Resource section. For job analysis, we recommend that
the Sugarbun must to involve the the standard of performance and also the human requirements towards
the candidate which will help them in making job specification and description. Furthermore, the
performance management and the performance appraisal of Sugarbun should be offer to the employees
with more specific and detail which helps to getting know the position of the individual and organization.
The Sugarbun also must be concern and must give an attention in staffing and planning to avoid the lack
of workforce. Moreover, without the proper workforce the organization can not survive in the industry.
Other than that, for the lower level of the workers such as crew members, the Sugarbun must do a proper
medical check-up after every month to them and their salary also should be increased as the nowadays
challenging economic condition in Malaysia and for the higher level of the workers, the Sugarbun must
provide a Life-insurance policy to them.
