Iswara is Brahman itself, having through His Sakti called Prakrti (matter) erected the worlds and being

latent in them, becomes the ruler of Buddhi and 10 Indriyas (organs of sense and action). Mind is the
leader and controller of all indriyas.

Six foes: - Lust, Anger, Greed, Delusion, Pride & Jealousy.

Five the organs of sense, five the organs of action, five pranas, manas, and buddhi all these seventeen
are said to constitute the sukshma or linga (viz., subtle) body. When the screan or sheath of the subtle
body enveloping the soul which intervened between the super soul and soul is destroyed, jiva is
liberated.

Organs of sense (ear, skin, eyes, tongue, and nose) also called buddhi indriyas because they produce
knowledge. Naga, kurma, krkara, devadatta and dhananjaya and the five means of knowing
(jnanendriya) constitute the aggregate of Buddhi Sakti.

Organs of action (the mouth, legs, hands, and the organs of secretion and excretion) also called karma
indriyas because they bring about action. Prana, upana, samana, udana and vyana together with the
(five) powers of action (karmendriya) constitute the aggregate of Kriya Sakti.

Five object of senses /gross elements/ sthula elements. The five objects of the senses are Sound, touch,
form, taste and odor.

Antahkarana (or the internal organ) is of four kinds: - manas, buddhi, ahankara, and chitta. The seat of
manas is the end of the throat, that of buddhi the face, that of ahankara the heart, and that of chitta the
navel.

The body of embodied being is constituted of gross elements and indriyas. Super soul reactivates all
subtle sense organs (indriyas) in living body. All sense organs make movement when prana is activate. .

The Antahkarana is the inner complex carried from birth to rebirth:

1. The five qualities of manas (mind) are resolution, wavering, folly, stupidity, mentality.
2. The five qualities of buddhi (reason) are discrimination, dispassion, peace, contentment and
patience.
3. The five qualities of ahankara or ego are wishing to have contact, the feeling “this is mine”, my
happiness, my sorrow, this is mine.
4. The five qualities of Chitta or observation are pondering (inquiry), constancy, memory,
reflection, and making one’s own.
5. The five qualities of Chaitanya or full awareness are reflectiveness, skill, steadiness,
thoughtfulness, and indifference.
The devoted should bathe the lord, of the form of consciousness, with nectar of the moon, should give
mental flowers, and should worship supreme Siva.

Semen, blood and their conjunction is the temple of Manmatha (the god of love). The yoni itself is the
true form of the supreme absolute. The yoni should be encircled with three threads, which are the Ida,
the pingala and the susumna. The yoni of Devi is the primordial (Adya) form of Prakrti. It is Kundalini and
Mahakundalini.

Kaula Upanishad

The five objects of the senses constitute the expanded cosmos.

The absolute without parts is the creator. Ignorance is the same as knowledge. Iswara, the lord, is the
cosmos. The eternal is the same as the transitory. Knowledge is identical with ignorance. Adharma is
dharma. This is liberation. The five bonds constitute the essence of real knowledge. The pinda is the
producer of all. In that is liberation.

This is real knowledge. Of all the senses, the eye is the chief. Behave in a way opposite to that expected.
Do not do this devoid of rightness.

Condemn not others such as adhyatmika. Do not perform vows. Do not establish yourself on restraint.
Binding oneself is not liberation. A Kaula should not practice outwardly. One becomes equal to all. One
becomes liberated.

This is the knowledge of self or Paramesvari.
