In this blog the author talks about 5 facts about poverty in Haiti. These facts explain how poverty
in Haiti is and how it is growing due to natural disasters, lack of education, lack of food and low
social class. It shows the impact the 2010 earthquake has made on Haiti, and how due to the
earthquake, the country is one of the poorest countries in the world. This blog will help me in my
research because it gives me important information about my theme. It also makes a comparison

The author discusses how Haiti is extremely vulnerable to natural hazards and how most of the
population gets severely affected when the country is hit by one. It talks about how Haiti has
tried to prepare and has taken percussion against these natural disasters. The author also talks
about Haiti’s poverty percentage. It talks about the percentage of people in poverty, in extreme
poverty, and even the percentage of literate people. This website will help me in my research
because it contains impotent information about poverty, natural disasters, and percentages about

The author talks about Haiti and some of its basic information like the per capita income and the
percentage of the people who live in poverty. It gives several factors that may be the reason Haiti
has such poverty levels. The author also wrote about how people living in Haiti are suffering and
how they are being affected by the extreme levels of poverty in the country. The author listed
several things and actions that can be done to get rid or decrease poverty in Haiti. This can help

that can make a difference in the world. One of the thins it talks about is improving watering
other natural resources. It also tell su to implement agricultural programs and to encourage in
