Dear Commissioners,

The Board of Control of the Moffat County Affiliated Junior College District has reviewed the assessed
valuation of the District and tax limitation data available to us.

This letter is to certify that the tax levies to be assessed by you upon all property within the limits of
Moffat County Affiliated Junior College District, based on the assessed valuation of $401,479,680 for the
year 2018 are:
