Description  of  Problem    

The  Customer  Service  department  cannot  access  the  back  closet.  It  has  been  causing  an  
issue,  and  not  one  employee  can  get  through  the  door  in  order  to  retrieve  more  paper  and  
other  supplies  for  the  Customer  Service  Department.

Description  of  Completed  Work  Order  and  Material  Used  
On  October  16th,  I  went  and  check  the  problem  out.  We  found  that  poorly  balanced  equipment  and  several  
boxes  have  fallen  over.  We  attempted  to  push  the  door  open,  but  the  closet  was  over  filled.  I  sent  in  a  
smaller  worker,  and  she  was  able  to  get  in;  however,  it  take  her  about  an  hour  to  shift  the  items  so  we  can  
open  the  door  and  another  hour  to  remove  the  fallen  items.  After  about  three  hours  of  work,  my  team  and  I  
recommended  different  solutions  for  the  department  to  use  in  order  for  this  to  never  happen  again.
